ok i went to the new national library yesterday.
and the thing is WHOA
from outside its like any other shopping centre,
then you go inside and go WHOA
then you go downstairs to the central library and its WHOA (every book you want, they have)
then you go upstairs to LKCRL, and its WHOA (6 floors of books, and a lot of old stuff. they even have SCHOOL MAGAZINES, like the yearbook from 1972)
its weird though, you have lobby on the first floor, main library in the basement, reference library from the 7th to 13th floor, then in the 6 in-between floors are bare, as in there's nothing there. supposed to have a drama centre, but didn't see it.
its a bit hard to say everything with WHOA here, but you really must go see it for yourself.
mmpf i want to go again, when i've paid all my fines.
